Short Course 1
Legal Reasoning and Writing

Participants will gain exposure to a variety of legal writing projects, learn to use the U.S style of legal rhetoric in their writing and orally, and improve their legal analysis and writing skills including with respect to transactional drafting.

Short Course 2
Introduction to the American Judicial System and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms

University Professor of Law; Co-Director, Appellate Advocacy Clinic School of Law University of Washington

This course provides students with an in-depth introduction to the U.S. legal system and the role of the U.S. Supreme Court within that system.
